sequential understanding of basic ‘likes and dislikes’ about

brings in a lot of clarity which defines the project.
The essence of a good design and project is the transparency with which the client spells out the requirement and the overall understanding and imagination of the realized spaces well ahead. The basic proposals are prepared only after understanding the detailed requirements.
Soon after defining the requirements, a series of discussions ensues to add/delete/modify spaces with a pragmatic approach.

What's your architectural style?
Our comprehensive design process ensures a wholesome experience, covering everything from design and working drawings to structural plans, 3D visualizations, material specifications, Bill of Quantities, contractor identification, product and fittings specifications, and coordination.
What services do you provide?
Yep, we're appointment enthusiasts. Let's streamline things with scheduled visits. The first meeting can be a laid-back online chat to introduce our services, followed by in-person sessions by appointment.
Is an in-person visit necessary?
Following a telephonic inquiry and completion of a Google form detailing site and requirements, the first meeting is arranged either online or in person, depending on the project's scale.
When will the first meeting scheduled?
Once you're confident in choosing us for your project, we share Architectural Consultancy engagement terms. Upon mutual agreement and receipt of the advance payment, we kickstart the design process.
When does the design journey kick off?
While we incorporate basic Vaastu principles, our emphasis lies in designing spaces with natural light and ventilation based on the site context. We adhere to practical Vaastu points.
Are your designs Vaastu compliant?
We're there for the grand finale! From overseeing the action to providing detailed drawings, we'll be your design partner throughout. And yes, we're up for post-project hangouts too.
What follow-up support is provided during project execution?
We can arrange permissions for ongoing projects, but for the finished gems, we keep it discreet to respect our clients' privacy.
